Overview

We are looking for a proven HR operations generalist to cover a period of Maternity leave for 12-14 Months starting immediately. As a small-medium business this will be a relationship led role, and you'll have local as well as remote stakeholders to manage therefore communication skills will be key. You will directly manage and support the end-to-end HR offering to the organisation, acting as the main point of contact and expert for managers and employees alike. Candidates suitable for this position will: Have worked in HR for at least 5 years, with experience in a financial services or fin-tech industry preferable. Have demonstrable experience in ER, recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational design. Working knowledge of current UK employment law Experience working with executive management Experience managing a small team A willingness to be hands on and manage changing priorities effectively. CIPD Qualified This is a broad role within a dynamic organisation and so, no two days will ever be the same.
