An exciting opportunity to join a credible & established organisation in the Not-for-Profit sector as a HR Administrator. Client Details Page Personnel are representing a credible & established organisation in the Not-for-Profit sector with a fantastic opportunity to join their Human Resources department as a HR Administrator. Description Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, providing administrative support to the HR Team and HR Manager; recruitment activities to ensure all campaigns are run effectively; provide administrative support for L&D and HR initiatives supporting departmental projects; providing effective administrative support of recruitment activities in order to ensure a seamless, positive experience for all involved; to maintain and operate the HR electronic database, running monthly processes, upgrades, configuration and ad hoc reports as and when required to support the HR Team; to administer routine HR activities at the pre-employment and offer stage ensuring all requirements and departmental logs are maintained for audit; to plan and organise all induction activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure an effective on-boarding experience; supporting the Learning & Development team where needed; and other generalist HR duties.
