Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Technical Co-ordinator to join our Hanworth site, to provide governance of the Quality Management System, ensuring the delivery of best in class products, whilst striving to continuously improve in line with the Müller values. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: Provides expertise through Quality Management Systems Knowledge Displays drive and motivation to continually improve quality based performance Demonstrates active involvement in solving problems Plays an active part in building QMS capability across site Responsible for laboratory management and other QMS duties Supports and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities Displays strong IT skills and capability Provides governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports Responsible for internal and external audit processes Creates positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers Looks and encourages others to find "waste" opportunities in everything that we do Seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own CI projects Owns and delivers CI initiatives and is recognised for these Utilises all available opportunities, enabling others to improve the way we do things Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business Supports team to demonstrate CI contribution through PDP process Key skills & experience: Strong influencing and communication capability Advanced problem solving A3 problem solving Retailer codes of practice BRC audit experience (essential) Word and Excel literate HACCP Level 4 Advanced Food hygiene Train the Trainer Microbiology/Dairy Science background The Process If you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for this role please apply at www.mullercareers.co.uk Profile description: - This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89947590
