Staff morale at the home is high and we are looking for a caring Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading, forward-thinking, healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes in Ebbw Vale. The service provides person centred care to the elderly, including residents with head/ brain injury, hearing and visual impairments. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
