If the answer is YES MSX International are recruiting and we want to hear from you. MSX International are now looking to recruit an Accident Parts Negotiator to join our team in Warwick. What will I be responsible for? Based in our modern Warwick office, the Accident Parts Negotiator will be part of a newly created team dedicated to increasing parts sales for our vehicle manufacturer clients and their Dealers. This is achieved through using our bodyshop estimate intervention system to identify “at risk” parts or vehicles. You will then put your relationship skills to work talking to participating bodyshops to offer additional discount to secure sales. Your responsibilities include: Communicate with supplying Dealers so that order fulfilment is completed within the required timeframe Check part numbers against manufacturer catalogues (experience not required) Identify at-risk parts and reduce costs effectively within parameters (system generated) Who are we looking for? As our ideal Accident Parts Negotiator, you will be proficient and comfortable in presenting offers over the phone, including negotiation and closing of sales. You’ll be able to build relationships with bodyshops leading to increased programme participation. We also require: A positive, motivated outlook and team player. Organisation and persistence are required as the process is time-constrained A broad understanding of accident repair parts. A background in automotive parts supply is advantageous Basic familiarity with the usual MS packages, notably Excel, internet and e-mail Able to work on your own initiative Whilst industry knowledge is not essential, the willingness to develop excellent product knowledge will be critical in building relationships with our Dealer and bodyshop contacts.
