Overview
Six Degrees are currently recruiting for a Pre-Sales Administrator to join our Infrastructure Product Group based in central London, on a 12 month fixed term basis. Six Degrees provides integrated managed services linking people, places and clouds and do this by leveraging our core capabilities and next generation network assets to deliver a fully integrated range of cloud, datacentre, connectivity and voice services. Our Infrastructure Product Group deliver solutions to clients which include Connectivity, Colocation & Voice. As our Pre-sales Specialist it will be your role to provide product commercial and technical support to the sales teams for all small product deals within our Infrastructure Product Group You will develop detailed commercial and basic technical aspects of a sale, ensuring that we sell the customer the right product for their needs, your role will encompass: · Sales performance: ensuring pricing is delivered swiftly and meets customer needs. · Customer Focus: being seen as the product expert within the sales team and enabling the delivery of the best solutions for our clients · Resource and relationship management: Building relationships with Six Degree’s clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating and sharing information in order to create customer value. To deliver brilliant results as our Pre-sales Administrator you’ll need to have previous experience within a pre-sales, sales support or sales administration role preferably within a managed service environment. You’ll be stickler for details, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a commercial organisation.
