Overview
In-House Counsel A global law firm is seeking a corporate commercial lawyer to join the firms in-house legal team. The firm has one of the strongest reputations in the market and over the past few years has acquired a number of top tier law firms in different jurisdictions to grow and strengthen their global presence. This has led to a complicated business structure and they are seeking to restructure each subsidiary / affiliate / swiss verein and has some more potential M&A and demergers on the horizon. The team also advise the business on commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting contract with suppliers and advising the business on risk management and compliance issues. The team currently has four talented solicitors and they are seeking to add an additional headcount. They are anticipating the successful in-house counsel will have trained at a similar top tier firm and will have around 2-4 PQE. Although in-house experience would be a bonus, the firm are very open to someone seeking to make the move into an in-house role. Lunaria Partners are advertising this role on behalf of our client.
