Overview
A new and exciting In-House Counsel role has arisen within the London team of a leading not-for profit organisation. The Company This is a dynamic organisation that offers leading technological capabilities and innovation to companies to in order to take their products to trial. Role Overview As In-House Counsel, you will be managing a legal team who advise their colleagues on a wide range of contractual and legal matters. You will be working with the Business Development & Transactions Director to ensure that precedent documents and negotiated agreements meet the needs of the company. Person Specification To be considered for this Legal Counsel role, you will require: 2-4 years’ PQE as a UK qualified lawyer Demonstrable experience of handling an array of legal matters Experience of legal and IP issues that arise when drafting R&D based agreements A broad knowledge of contract law Salary & Benefits There is an excellent remuneration package on offer for this Legal Counsel position, including a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
