Law firm listed in the directories for the work it does in Property Litigation law is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor or Barrister of between 0 and 2 years’ PQE/ Call. The team has an expanding client base and its reputation has been steadily growing for the last 15 years, a trend which they expect to continue and the successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities for further progress and development in terms of case load, progression and client contact. All members of the team are Property Litigation specialists and they cover the full range of Property Litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes. Their client base ranges from property portfolio holders such as large charities and retailers, house builders and developers through to social landlords and government institutions. The caseload will include disrepair claims, possession claims (including Equality Act and PSED defences), civil injunctions, committal applications, succession, tenancy fraud and advising upon policies that involve tenancy management issues. If you are a newly-qualified Solicitor our client will consider you if you have either undertaken a Property Litigation seat or non-contentious Commercial Property/Real Estate seat but can demonstrate a genuine interest in working on contentious Property matters.
