Job Description
Property Service Manager - Quality Assurance - £55k or £350pd - South London Morgan Hunt are working with a Housing Association in South London to bring in a Property Service Manager - Quality Assurance on a contract or permanent basis. Roles * The post holder will be responsible for delivering and driving quality and performance improvements and developments across the Property portfolio * You will assure that the housing Associations performance and quality processes are delivered effectively to Support the business plan to deliver low cost, consistent and reliable service delivery to all our customers. * You will be managing all aspects of stock condition information relating to the housing Associations housing stock. The post holder will manage all aspects of the asset management data and keystone database * The post holder will analyse stock condition data and make recommendations relating to investment plans and programmes including Identifying specific problems/trends arising and Suggest improvements to develop the service and achieve better value for money * Analyse and interpret complex technical data and report on housing Associations owned properties and relay knowledge to support and assist in the development of capital programmes of work including, Business plan investment works, 5 Year rolling Plan of works and annual programme of works. Personal Specification * Relevant building qualification and / or membership of a professional body (RICS, GB) * IOSH or health and safety qualification or AMS or a commitment to study and attain within first year of service, preferably managing the DLO Services * Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management in a comparable organisation including delivering a responsive repair services delivering services in a customer focused environment setting and controlling budgets delivering cyclical, PPM and servicing contracts * Minimum of 2 years managing staff and contractors directly. * Experience of managing building and M&E contractors and consultants * Managing and delivering on target repairs and maintenance budgets If you would like to apply for this position please forward your CV via this advert or contact Billy York on 0207 419 89 68 Morgan Hunt is a multi award winning Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
