Overview
Corporate Commercial Lawyer 4-7 PQE London £60k Legal 500 firm with an established team and office based in Mayfair requires an additional highly motivated Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters servicing clients internationally. You will be joining an experienced corporate and commercial team which supports an active commercial/commercial property department and exposure to high quality work. You will need to be familiar with the needs of small businesses, larger commercial clients and HNWs ideal candidate will have between 4 -7 years PQE dealing with a general caseload of corporate commercial work including shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. M&As in the healthcare sector or secured lending experience can be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. The firm enjoys a diverse client base which includes clients both nationally, regionally and internationally. Genuine prospects for career development if desired.
