Corporate Solicitor, 6-12 month FTC, 3 years' PQE, Central London. Salary £70,000 to £100,000 (DOE).Top 200 Legal Practice recommended by legal directories for their intelligent and pragmatic advice, this firm welcomes those who can share in their vision and get actively involved in the evolution of their practice. CORPORATE TEAM: The firm is currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to commence a 6-12 month fixed term contract, to support their very busy Corporate department. The corporate team specialise in supporting technology companies and digital businesses as they expand. They advise on straightforward corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions and complex deals involving highly technical earn-outs or warranty protections. They are also on hand to support everyday governance, regulatory and compliance issues. Clients include global technology giants, fast growth unicorns and venture funds. THE ROLE: The role will involve working on a variety of caseloads of corporate matters for their large digital media and commercial client base, assisting with corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, joint ventures, partnerships, private equity, tax issues and venture capital. Applications are welcome from experienced solicitors who have gained a minimum of 3 years' PQE from reputable city or regional practices. Strong communication/interpersonal skills are required.
