A unique opportunity has arisen for a driven Education Solicitor to join our client’s thriving practice in London. Handling a demanding caseload of education matters, the successful candidate will prove to be dedicated to delivering exceptional client care on a daily basis. Responsibilities • Special educational needs • Appeals and tribunals • Judicial review • School admissions and exclusions • Complaints against a local authorities and schools • Discrimination • Bullying • School transport • School funding • Higher education • Student finance The Candidate • Solicitors with at least 3 year’s PQE • Solid experience in education matters gained within a reputable firm • Excellent client care skills • IT proficiency • Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm whilst under pressure The Firm A highly regarded and well-established multi-office practice, our client is a dynamic practice with passionate, highly motivated staff.
