Our firm is a partnership of two highly respected and long established law firms who came together to form Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace in 2004. Today we have grown to become one of the largest legal firms in the North East of Scotland with a staff of over 150. We have our Head Office and Property Shop in Aberdeen and a strong network of branch offices in Banchory, Ellon, Inverurie and Stonehaven. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient 5 Years plus PQE Solicitor to work as part of our Commercial Conveyancing Department, based at our Head Office in Aberdeen. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing high value clients across Scotland. Ideally we require a candidate with experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, but with a focus on property and development work involving the acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers. We offer a dynamic working environment as well as a diverse and varied workload, with the opportunity to expand upon your own client base. Applicants who are currently at partnership or associate level are encouraged to apply for this role as genuine partnership opportunities exist. Location Aberdeen Q/E 5 Years plus previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor essential. All applicants must be qualified in Scots Law. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
