Overview

Electrical Shift Technician – Salford – £31,300 Overtime Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Salford. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in critical sites in maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static Electrical Shift Technician covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance in the listed site located in Salford. You will be working within a team of other engineers from mechanical, electrical and plumbers. The ideal candidate would come from a critical environment or recently just finished an apprenticeship and has had maintenance exposure. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties; · AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans · Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) · Electrical Testing and Inspecting · Steam Boiler · Critical maintenance · Chillers and Plant room maintenance / checks · Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing · Plumbing works · Lighting - Lamp changes, ballast changes · Emergency light testing · Electrical Fault finding · HVAC Maintenance · Small works - new sockets, lights · Fabric Duties Hours of work 4on-4off Shift Pattern – Days and Nights Overtime is also available 20 Shift Days Cover Requirements · Electrically qualified (Apprenticeship/NVQ) · A proven track record in commercial building maintenance (5 years) · Positive attitude · Must be able to pass a DBS check / Criminal record check · Able to start immediately or at short notice Interviews for this role will be taking place next week, if you are interested please apply for this vacancy or contact me on; Luke Caston 0207 397 5303 lukec invictus-group.co.uk This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89709117
