Overview
Our Newcastle based client seeks an experienced Infrastructure Services Analyst with the following must have skills and experience: A minimum of 3 years working in a Server and Backup support role. Active Directory Windows Linux Splunk HPE Oneview ADFS AzureAD Powershell Scripting languages VB, .Net, Java Symantec ITMS (Altiris) Responsibilities: Day to day management of the Server & backup operations, including but not limited to: incidents, problem management. Monitor, manage and maintain the Forces server and backup environments. Secure the server infrastructure by enforcing policies and monitoring access. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, diagrams of Datacenter, Server Infrastructure. Working closely with partners to provision, secure and maintain the company's Physical Server infrastructure. Support, maintenance and administration of Active Directory, ADFS2016 Management and deployment of server operating systems updates (Patch Management). Management and deployment of firmware to physical servers, Windows, Linux. Server Configuration and operations management using Microsoft SCOM and SCCM Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions. Candidates must also be eligible for SC Clearance so must have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. Please note only candidates with all of the above will be considered for this role.
