Overview

Responsibilities: Campus Relationships: Work in partnership with the Graduate Recruitment team and the client Evaluate the success of the previous campaign Assist with the annual global campus resourcing plans and ensure these are executed with the business Own and build active relationships with defined target universities Developed relationships with Analyst Recruiters with all business areas across the company to present a united face on campus Build ongoing relationships with university careers services and student societies to effectively plan all campus events Regularly attend campus events at target universities across UK and Europe Regularly attend networking seminars to keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activity Preparation of full information packs in advance of all events and conduct briefing sessions for business representatives Recruitment: Partner with the Graduate Recruiter Work with the business to develop and define target profiles for relevant business areas and tailor the strategy accordingly Facilitate all relevant assessment centres for the business area Manage the debrief discussions alongside the Graduate Recruiter and the offer process Ensure accurate M.I is regularly collated and maintained Liaise with potential recruits through the recruitment and selection process Diversity: Partner with the Graduate Recruiter to design and implement new diversity recruiting programmes Identify and target new Courses/Universities to broaden the pool of diverse talent Work with all Analyst Recruiters to develop and expand the businesses' diversity profile at Universities and schools globally Serve as the point of contact for diverse student groups and interested students on campus and assist in educating about the Bank and its opportunities Develop an annual calendar of diversity recruiting events for the business area Coordinate, plan and attend analyst level diversity presentations and receptions Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment & Development Team to identify speakers and coordinate business representation at diversity based events Review and evaluate requests for corporate sponsorship and donations Determine and manage the graduate diversity budget
