Overview
CT Radiographer - Maidstone Consult Search & Selection are proud to be partnered with a highly innovative, first-rate provider of private care in their search for an experienced CT Radiographer to work within their Maidstone team. The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience in CT (minimum) and will have an empathetic and holistic approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the unit maintains accurate and complete records of patient treatments, in line with the agreed processes Ensure that compliments are recorded alongside any incidents or complaints that are also thoroughly and properly investigated, and that the necessary safeguards are taken to prevent recurrence. Pro-actively maintain own continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with internal and HCPC professional standards. Ensure that clinical audit, radiation protection and quality assurance requirements are met. What we are looking for: Experience in all aspects of diagnostic imaging to a very high level of competence (Including CT and general x-rays) HCPC Registered Evidence of empathetic and a holistic approach to patient care Sound understanding of governance A wide range of clinical skills Evidence of effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Able work under own initiative as well as being a team player Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for delivering the highest standards of patient care To find out more about this and other similar opportunities, please contact Lauren Wilkinson at Consult Search & Selection in the first instance for a confidential, informal conversation.
