Your new company A world leading technology firm who supply products designed to improve safety, efficiency and comfort for millions are seeking to appoint a Legal Contracts Specialist (qualified or non-qualified) to join their organisation on a permanent basis in their offices located in County Antrim. Your new role Your new role will focus primarily on providing commercial contract support across the European Region of this global organisation. Your daily duties will include: Reviewing NDAs and providing advice to commercial teams. Reviewing, drafting and advising a range of commercial contracts for our procurement, engineering, sales and marketing teams. Helping maintain and develop contracts process across the organisation, update and develop in-house contract templates and organise know-how within the law department. Providing contracts training to commercial teams and new starts, as required. Supporting other group projects, the legal team is involved in. What you'll need to succeed LLB or relevant law degree Ability to provide clear, commercial legal advice. 3 years of experience spent reviewing and advising on commercial contracts as a paralegal, contracts manager or commercial lawyer. Good communication and organisational skills and ability to work within a small team to commercial deadlines. English language drafting skills.
