Paralegal

YOUR NEW FIRM A world leading professional services organisation working in 158 countries who work with some of the world's leading organisations are currently recruiting to appoint a Paralegal on a permanent basis to support their project oriented legal work. This is the ideal role for an individual who wants to be part of the future of legal services and solve real business problems. YOUR NEW ROLE This exciting opportunity based in our Belfast office will involve working closely with a number of regional offices. Your new role will require you to be a talented and ambitious individual with a passion for client service. Your role as a Paralegal will vary depending on the projects you are supporting and the clients we are working with, but may include: Supporting Lawyers in their day-to-day duties Undertaking administrative tasks Engaging with technology to ensure successful project outcomes Support Client onboarding processes Gathering/collation of financial information Performing compliance checks on client documentation Document collation, evidencing paper trail of transactions Research - collating and preparing reports Data input of key information into spreadsheets and or proprietary systems Contract and documentation review - identify key facts, anomalies, etc. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED You will have experience in a Paralegal role You will have excellent communication skills and a positive You will display good technical legal skills; You will have a keen ability to learn in a fast moving, innovative and technology enabled environment WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN You will receive an attractive salary and benefits package.
