Significant PMO Manager/Lead experience within a large programme/project with comprehensive project delivery and project office management knowledge and experience. Experience of task managing junior members within a programme/project PMO office environment. Skilled in understanding and ensuring the appropriate and qualitative application of a Change Management Framework. Experience of supporting the project/programme manager by providing quality assurance at key stages of the project lifecycle to ensure standards are met. Managing the Programme financial process and budget. Ensuring that the programme is on track in terms of budget, plan and delivery scope. Preparing MI for relevant governance review boards, including Executive and Board-level committees and project/programme status reporting. Proactively managing risks, issues, changes and dependencies. Ensuring successful stakeholder management and relevant programme communications. Ensuring benefit realisation and lessons learned processes are in place and effective. Exceptionally well organised, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
