Overview
Sales Administrator Job Title: Sales Administrator/supporting 2nd in charge You will ensure daily tasks/duties are completed on time and sales orders/enquiries are processed correctly. You will process orders, advise on out of stocks, organise direct deliveries and liaise with suppliers, regarding stock, prices, lead time. You will deal with customers queries via email and incoming calls and look after general customers on top of general tasks you will be allocated to look after. (stationary ordering, showroom, particular customers). You will assist customers in the showroom when needed and open up the office whilst team leader is on leave and log cash given in by drivers. You will look after the company’s highest profile customers whilst second in charge is on annual leave and ensure you provide the highest level of customer service. You will have good experience within an Administration role and be able to learn quickly. You will have strong customer service skills and be confident on the computer. Hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Chessington
