Overview
Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to work closely with the customer service team and all customer’s needs are met efficiently. Job Description: Processing sales orders and invoices with high attention to detail Liaising with an external sales team daily Dealing with customer queries via both email and telephone Reporting to sales manager and raising rebates Liaising with Head office and the warehouse Person Specification: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential Strong ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a busy office Professional telephone manner High level attention to detail Good MS Office skills in Word and Excel Additional Information: Based in Chessington £22,000 bonus 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm AE Pension scheme Private healthcare scheme Onsite parking We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
