Overview

A growing business based near Chessington are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their head office team. The primary focus of this role will be to assist the sales team with the administration functions of that department. This will enable them to maximise the time the sales team spends with prospective clients and delivering revenue. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Handling of administration queries from existing customers that don’t fall under the finance or service delivery teams. Processing of the sales order process including ensuring paperwork complete, processing of orders, tracking deliveries and liaising with suppliers. Liaise with customers & finance companies around deal pay out, ensuring everyone has all the documentation and information necessary. Utilising Salesforce to update CRM as deals are processed. Setup customer contracts within our service management platform. Run reports from multiple systems, analyse and show findings. Create invoices for a couple of customers on a monthly basis that are required to be done manually. • Occasionally book travel arrangements. Prepare account review presentations (templates created by marketing). Provide administration support to help supplement proposals & deals. This could be in the form of analysing data, producing reports, sorting information, typing up findings, putting information into a presentation. Potentially provide some administrative project management with certain customers. The person: Extremely good Excel skills. Pivot tables and comfort with formulas are minimum requirements. Competent with written communication. Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word & Powerpoint. Any previous experience of Salesforce is welcomed, but not a pre-requisite. Advantageous is you have any previous experience working in the IT Support, Managed Print Services & Telecoms industries
