The Role The Accounts Payable Supervisor and lead the AP team of 4 and ensure a smooth running within a fast paced, demanding team. Ensuring excellent relationships externally and internal business partners are kept at all times. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will also be a key support with the new system upgrades due to go live end of 2020 and have input to ensure its the best that can offer the business Key Responsibilities Management of the accounts payable team and ensure each individual has support, development and appraisals Be a key business partner between Finance and senior stakeholders across the business Responsible for supplier relationships and employee expenses are kept within company policies and ensure payments on agreed times kept Continuously implement efficiencies in improving timetables and team utilisation. Regular reviews of supplier ageing with action plans developed to resolve aged items. Ensure you and your team process correctly, stock and non stock invoices through system and manual payments. Knowledge & Skills Required Essential to have supervising experience for 2 - 3 previously Experienced working within a fast paced environment Multi-currency experience essential Excellent level of customer service Understand the concept of VAT Planning and organisation skills are essential Ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non finance stakeholders Benefits A competitive salary based on your experience Staff discount and further discount to family Performance related bonus Free lunch provided each day Lots of company events BBBH17395
