Key responsibilities of the role:
Looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to support across a range of functions within the business. You will be working with a small group of highly motivated individuals who enjoy achieving results under pressure and work hard to achieve their goals. Your role involves the general day-to-day management of office management and finance administration, supporting internal teams for the management of company services.
Day-to-day activities will include:
Finance admin tasks such as invoicing, receiving payments, reconciling etcIntroduction to basic complianceGeneral bookkeepingOffice Administration tasks such as filing, scanning and office managementAssisting with some marketing tasksOther similar tasks
Key candidate requirements for the role:
Good communication skillsBasic accountingExcellent written and oral command of the English languageGood PC skills (Internet, email, MS Word and Excel) are essentialFull training will be providedBasic German speaking can improve chances
