Overview

In addition to your salary, our client is also happy to provide study support for your ACCA qualification, should you wish to pursue it. Once again demonstrating their willingness to develop their staff. In this role you will be given the responsibility of the property accounts for the commercial portfolio owned by the business, with the support of other senior finance professionals around you. The role will typically involve the following duties and responsibilities: Management and maintenance of the accounts for the commercial properties owned Issuing of rent and insurance demands Collection and allocation of internally managed properties Reviewing and analysing managing agent's reports and other information Oversee arrears collection of both internally and externally managed properties Liaising with property managers, surveyors and internal accountants Monitoring service charge and bank reconciliations Property reporting to senior management This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business which is growing from strength to strength and they are looking for somebody with the following skills and prior experience: At least 2 years experience within real estate / property accounting Service charge exposure is a big advantage for this position Ability to work within a broad and varied team including experienced qualified accountants Strong communication skills is essential If this is a position that sounds like it might be a good fit for you based on your previous experience and the responsibilities required for the role then apply now.
