Paediatric Nurse - Female Only Amegreen Complex Homecare are a home-based managed care service that operates across the UK. Our clients, children and adults alike, have significant and sometimes acute needs. The complex care they require can demand a high level of support for them and their families. Amegreen Complex Homecare are looking for exceptional Paediatric Nurses to join our fast growing team, to deliver nursing care to our clients within their own home. What we offer the Paediatric Nurse: Highly competitive rates Flexible contract/bank hours available Workplace pension Comprehensive, paid training in specialist complex care Excellent opportunity for career progression Refer a friend bonus scheme Free DBS check Free uniform What the Paediatric Nurse will do: Deliver nursing care to our clients with complex physical and mental health needs in conjunction with our policies and procedures Work within NMC guidelines Supervise and mentor teams alongside care managers and other nurses To actively participate in the formulation and implementation of clients individual care plans in liaison with other relevant parties To provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of the clients physical and physiological needs What the Paediatric Nurse will have: Must be a Registered Nurse without practice restriction with the NMC or overseas registration body Paediatric experience Demonstrable understanding of clinical record keeping Experience with safe storage and administration of medication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High standard of numeracy skills is essential A proactive and can do attitude whilst being a strong team player At Amegreen our aim is simple: to provide the best possible care to our clients in their own homes and to look after our staff to ensure they are valued, supported and trained to deliver the services our clients require.
