Overview
Customer Support Advisor I am currently recruiting for a position based in Tamworth who are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor working with internal and external customers through administration and customer support. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional service at all times whilst ensuring all account administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday Salary: £17,000 • Holiday Entitlement: 20 days Bank Holidays, Accruing an extra day per year worked maximum of 25 days. • Company Pension • Company Benefits • Free off road Parking We are looking for someone with: • Good Communication & Written Skills • Excellent Computer Skills • Used to working in a fast paced environment • Team Player but also be able to work independently • GCSE Maths & English grade C and above Responsibilities: • Account database maintenance, ensuring all information is accurate and appropriate internal parties are notified upon completion • Deal with all customer issues/queries and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required • Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly Operations, National Accounts, Sales, Stock Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved • Communicate effectively with the National Account Call Centres in relation to order processing, product and stock enquiries • To provide a comprehensive sample provision service to both internal and external customers, ensuring all parties are advised in relation to delivery timescales • Assist BCS network of Branches & Lockhart Catering with any queries in relation to National and multi-site accounts • Any other adhoc duties associated with the Customer Support Team function Apply today or for more information call Ella on .
