Job Description
Our customer is going through a global, technology-driven transformation programme and are now seeking project professionals to lead, shape and deliver customer-centric projects worldwide. You will be known as the Product Consultant / Service Owner working globally with Product Owners, potential vendors and system integrators ensuring the business is operationally ready to implement a new solution. You will be the global contact for your particular area, starting with CRM. Background As this is a hybrid role, you could be a Project Manager, Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant. The most important part will be that you have experience working on large-scale software projects. Ideally, this will be spanning across CRM, web, mobile, eCommerce, digital or marketing, anything customer-facing, however, this can be taught and is not essential. Attitude and determination comes first! ROLE: Project Manager / Analyst - CRM, Digital, Customer Interaction LOCATION: Tamworth. This role is UK based, but some travel is required overseas. SALARY: £45,000 - £53,000 (DOE) + yearly salary increments and other benefits to discuss What do you need? - Proven experience within Project Management together with IT and operational change, within a cross-functional background would be advantageous. - Experience influencing the respective product roadmap, to ensure vendor roadmaps are considered and aligned where appropriate - Proven experience working with third parties - The ability to understand and interpret technical subjects into business language by working with Technical Architects and system integrators - The ability to deal with clients and users across multiple international locations -First-class stakeholder management This is a difficult time for us all but the company I'm recruiting for continue to grow through necessity and have evolved their hiring and onboarding process to allow them to continue to recruit successfully.
