Overview
Our client, based in Tamworth are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on a Temp-Perm basis. You will be reporting to the Team Leader on a daily basis and providing support to the Service Centre environment. As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for: Appointing and communicating with key suppliers Processing new instructions Arranging appointments and allocating labour across the UK Inputting data received from our field staff and producing reports General Claim handling Being pro-active in ensuring team SLA's are met Learning to invoice and invoicing of low value claims Resolving customer queries and complaints through to a successful conclusion Analysing and correcting financial data Providing outstanding customer service at all times, remaining courteous and professional The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will have: Excellent communications skills both verbal and written Good organisational skills The ability to work under pressure Capability to work under their own initiative and self-motivation In return the Customer Service Administrator will receive a basic salary of £8 - £9 per hour (whilst temporary), rising to £16,500 (when permanent).
