Overview
The successful candidates require robust, practical technical knowledge and experience of dealing with larger, more complex property damage, with knowledge of drying technology and the key stages in a major repair. You'll work alongside Operations Managers to support and develop colleagues. Both the claims and the people can be diverse so you`ll need to be a strong communicator, have superb coaching skills, the ability to take a neutral view and remain calm when the pressure is on, and the ability to act as a role model. These positions can be office or home based, so flexible on location. Experience of managing claims using digital software Ability to demonstrate experience of continuous improvement activity resulting in tangible results within your current role Experience of conducting audits and delivering feedback Confidence in challenging restoration methods recommended by suppliers and schedules & variations from repair contractors Extensive knowledge of scoping and scheduling repairs Have obtained or be willing to work towards a professional qualification, e.g. Cert CILA Ideally BDMA Qualified
