Overview
Payroll Clerk Wembley, Middlesex £25,500 Pension Parking This very progressive and successful local organisation requires a Payroll Clerk to manage the payroll function from instigation point through to final production and staff payment. Some of your duties will include: - Managing wages function from instigation point through to successful employee payment delivery - Preparing monthly payroll, setting up starters and leavers on the system and processing P45s and P46s - Completing all statutory PAYE deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, sickness and holiday pay - Preparing wage slips and producing BACS payment reports for Finance Manager to approve - Reconciling payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC Managing any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
