Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Leading the Human Resources Solutions Team in London, which presently includes; 1 direct report and 1 indirect report supporting 200 employees. The EMEA HR Solutions Team provides business partnering in the areas of; employee relations, management training and development, talent-acquisition, benefit and pension programs, as well as employment policies, practices, and governance. Build, lead, coach and retain a high performing and cohesive team so that they can deliver the HR objectives. Serves as a trusted HR Business Partner/Advisor to the Directors and Vice Presidents based in the UK as well as those in other regions as necessary. Embeds the People Strategy and a business focus into the local HR delivery. Thrives in an environment that is transforming. Works closely with internal stakeholders to drive change management efforts in the culture. Influences stakeholders and drives the business agenda to improve operational results and strategic results in the capacity of organizational development, employee relations, talent-management, workforce planning and, engagement. Works closely with the Senior Vice President, Human Resources on global strategic initiatives. Collaborates with the HR Directors and the Senior Manager, Payroll. Leads the strategic talent-acquisition strategy at a global level and dotted line leadership to the regional HR Managers and HR Business Partners Creates, implements and manages talent-acquisition policies, new sourcing strategies, enhancements to the candidate experience, new technologies, standardization of regional recruitment delivery and responsibility for all talent-acquisition metrics at a consolidated global level. Hands-on recruitment involvement for local UK and Dubai roles as necessary. Responsible for all UK and Dubai benefits programs, pension schemes and the regional HR employment policies and practices. Proactively communicates trends and metrics associated with these programs to ensure that they remain fit for purpose internally as well as in compliance in the local marketplaces. Key contributor to global HR programs, including Talent-Development, Organizational Design, Talent-Management, Metrics and Analytics and Total Rewards. Provides strategic input and participation in HR projects and business initiatives. A Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or other related discipline with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience at HR Management level. HR hands-on exposure to the full mix of Human Resource functions in a global organization. Minimum 5 years previous People Management experience. MCIPD or equivalent, and relevant continuous Professional Development. High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS and Talent-Acquisition systems. Prior experience in business transformation is preferred. Excellent understanding of UK employment law. Extensive experience with UK employee relations. Ability to credibly engage and maintain strong working relationships. Able to coach Managers and Directors through periods of significant change. Keen curiosity about automation and how RPA and AI can improve processes; re-define roles and contribute to higher job satisfaction by incumbents. Strong facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between parties. Thrives in a virtual team setting.
