Overview
Contracts manager needed by Established refurbishment contractor - SE London -£65 - 70k bonus Your new company A long established Main contractor specialising in the Refurbishment sector. Expanding steadily over the past 5 years they operate in and around the Central London area working on a mixture of Offices, commercial buildings, private residences and government buildings, Works are a mixture of internal & external refurbishment aswell as larger conversion and structural alteration schemes, values between 500k - £1.5mill. Your new role Due to continued expansion an additional contracts manager is sought to join the existing team, Reporting to the construction director you would be responsible for 3 - 4 projects working closely with a Senior QS and your site managers. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of your projects including writing the programme, attending pre-start meetings, adding input into subcontractor procurement, checking contracts & designs (alongside the qs/technical manager), Regular client liaison, day to management of the team etc What you'll need to succeed Previous contracts management experience with a Main Contractor or Interiors specialist would be advantageous, Interested candidates must be comfortable managing multiple schemes.
