M&E Contract Manager/ Project Manager (Mechanical Biased), 80 -85k, London and South East Your new company This leading Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric business has a reputation for delivering engineering excellence. They are a national multiple award-winning firm, operating and commanding a large quantity of the market, mainly working on healthcare and commercial projects. While delivering distinction, they also highly value their corporate social responsibility, ethically standing out while targeting maximum efficiency regarding sustainability. As they continue to expand and adapt, they are looking for a senior M&E project/contract manager to oversee and manage several projects throughout the London region, with the eye to provide a quality service to all of their customers. Your new role You will be leading and motivating a highly skilled team, while managing a number of projects in the London region. You will assist and chief the operations manager to safely and efficiently deliver high valued zero-defect building installations. Correspondingly, liaising with your customers, building relationships and all the while assisting the expansion of the company. You will manage and deliver consistent profit and ensure delivery of continued success and expansion of this highly regarded firm. What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record in the leadership of multiple large mechanical and electrical contracts with values of over £5 million. You will have managed a large site-based team and have a large amount of Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge. You will have the ability to communicate ideas and needs, with a commercial aptitude and strong negotiation skills, while already having experience working in a senior contract or project manager role.
