Multi-site Manager North London - £40k Location: North London and Surrounding area Salary: Up to £40k per annum dependent on experience On behalf of a fantastic private healthcare provider, Fiona at Amber Mace is currently looking for a Registered Manager to cover a multitude of services, that are purpose-built for people with Autism, Learning disabilities and Mental Health located in the North London area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager with knowledge and experience with supporting people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental health . My client is looking for someone with a passion to make a real difference to the lives of people living in their services - a breakthrough can seem like the smallest thing, but it can make the world of difference to somebody living with Autism. If you are an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and are looking to make a difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities and mental health issues, then please do not hesitate in applying today Key Responsibilities Include: • Ensuring the people we support are receiving the highest standards of professional support • Effective management of all services and in compliance with the company ethos, policies and procedures • Project Managing adult learner support service developments • Leading and monitoring all aspects of the management of the designated adult learner support services, including development and strategy; growing the number and range of services in your area Essential Skills: • NVQ level 4 or equivalent • Previous experience of supporting people with autism and you will have working knowledge of care planning and standards relating to social care • Full Driving License How do I apply?
