Overview

Our client, a major international City law firm with a strong reputation for its corporate practice, is now looking for an additional corporate associate, preferably with at least 1.5PQE and with good, recent ECM experience. Applicants need not have focused on ECM work to date but ECM (whether Main Market or AIM) should have formed a decent proportion of their overall deal experience and they should have the desire to have more of a focus on ECM work moving forward, whilst being able to maintain a broader practice if they wish (consisting of private and public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital investments and general corporate transactions). An exciting time to join this flourishing and cohesively managed team, which has a strong associate training and development and mentoring programme.
