Overview
We're pleased to be working with an established and successful M&A boutique with a focus on the IT services/Technology sectors, Due to growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Associate into the team. With their extensive network across Europe, USA and Asia they have a true global presence and they have ambitious plans for the future. The team have a strong track record of closed transactions with a very healthy pipeline moving forward into the new year. The ideal candidate will be somebody who is looking to move away from being another cog in the wheel and wishes to be more hands on in the deal process. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in building a global enterprise. You will be responsible for supporting transaction execution, getting involved with transactions from origination to execution, financial modelling, the preparation of IMs, participating in buyer/management meetings, managing the due diligence process, negotiating offers, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in the origination of deals. Ideally you will have had some M&A experience however this is a great opportunity for somebody working within a transaction services environment to make the move across to M&A. You must be a strong modeller and be able to demonstrate a penchant for Powerpoint. Experience within technology/IT solutions and/or business services is not necessary but you will have a keen interest in the same. You must be a team player with the ability to work well in a a dispersed team. The role is based in London but there is the flexibility to work from home as and when you wish when not meeting with clients.
