My client is a highly regarded Microsoft gold partner looking to engage a Dynamics AX Technical support Analyst, you will work ether fully remote or from their office in Manchester. you will be apart of a technical support team that manage both ongoing support and project support for both internal and external resources. Benefits: Work from home Salary £30,000 to £35,000 Development opportunities (D365 F&O / azure) All work travel will be paid for if/ when needed 25 days annual leave Candidate requirements: 2 years of AX support experience ether 1st 2nd or 3rd line support experience with Dynamics AX 2012 or 2009 experience with environment restores and code releases experience managing both internal and external support requests great trouble shooting skills Knowledge of 2009 or 2012 releases, understanding of business process and excellent aptitude for customer service in order to provide unrivalled support to our customers.
