In fact, every two out of three Microsoft courses in the UK is delivered by QA. The Role To maintain QA's standard of excellence through the delivery of classroom training and courseware development for all appropriate areas of QA's portfolio, particularly MS Office and other related business applications. About the Role * To deliver public scheduled and bespoke courses in relevant MS Office applications * To achieve the required quality targets as set by the Company and determined by delegate evaluations * To take responsibility for developing and maintaining agreed courses * To maintain an up-to-date skills base through personal development and accreditation activities * To complete professional certifications as appropriate * To work with clients to create courses and courseware for their internal bespoke business applications. About You * Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others * Team player who can also adapt to working solo for long periods * A passion for IT and acquiring new skills and experience * Be prepared to travel to different locations in the UK with occasional stays away from home * Experienced in the core Microsoft Office products to advanced level (2010 and 2013) * Eligible to live and work in the UK Knowledge of the following applications to advanced level is essential to this role: * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft PowerPoint * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Outlook
