Tendering Engineer - Manufacturing & Engineering - Permanent position with competitive salary, holidays, pension, and excellent benefits of being part of a global organisation Fircroft are supporting an iconic brand in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. But with growth on the agenda, they now seek a Tendering Engineer / Tendering Manager to lead a dynamic team of 3. You will need a certain level of confidence in the manufacturing environment, and an appreciation for engineering to really grasp and impact this role - is this you? What will you be doing? Leading and supporting the tendering process for large projects in new equipment, whilst also working alongside sales team for transactional sales also Managing tenders affectively to ensure they meet both client and internal stakeholder expectations Working with proposals to ensure they meet current compliance Positively recording all activity through CRM system and communicate clearly with external sales team Building long term relationships with other tendering professionals in the business across the globe, operating with best practice and supporting in continuous improvement Actively taking part in communication and negotiations with clients to successfully secure new orders What is required from you? Several years of experience in tendering, proposals or bids An exposure and appreciation for manufacturing and engineering - technical Positive and energetic approach to client interaction and sales operations Affective user of CRM and sales analytics What would be added value?
