Overview
Head Chef required for a DAYTIME fresh food cafe bar in mid Cheshire. Open until 7pm 5 days a week and 9pm twice a week. You will get your evenings off and still cook fresh food. The role: As Head chef you will manage a small team of 4 in the kitchen. The team will be cooking breakfasts, lunches and light snacks. The kitchen is all fresh food. This role will include all the normal Head Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a Head Chef with previous experience at Head Chef or Sous chef level. Fresh food experience would be beneficial for this role Position: Head chef Salary: up to £23,000 Daytime hours Team of 4 Have most of your evenings off each week 40 hour weeks, straight shifts.
