Overview

Chefs for chefs are currently working alongside our client on the outskirts of York, a busy and fast paced garden centre that houses a café/bistro. The food produced here is all fresh and a good mix of traditional dishes and specials. The café closes at 4.30 in the afternoon, meaning finish time is usually around 5pm. There is some weekend work required although the head chef does try and make sure that each chef gets one weekend in 4 off. The team here are friendly and easy to get on with, there is a real family feel about the business. This is a great role for a chef looking to achieve a little bit more balance in life.
