Chef De Partie - Daytime only I am looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join the restaurant team at this beautiful site in Windlesham. You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the business is operating smoothly and efficiently. Key tasks as Chef De Partie: Responsible for preparation of food to required specifications and in an accurate, effective, quick and efficient manner Be responsible for maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge Maintain and clean kitchen and storage areas Understand and comply with COSH Maintain a clean and organised workstation Adhere to all health and safety and personal safety Ability to run your own section Support with monthly stock takes to ensure achievement of the required gross margin Represent the brand, values and image of the location with high levels of personal hygiene, personal grooming and professionalism This Chef De Partie vacancy in Windlesham will see you working around 45 hours per week with evening off.
