Chef de Partie – Near Windlesham, Surrey – up to £26,000 package Our Client: A luxurious and elegant 5 star hotel near Windlesham, Surrey is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their professional and experienced brigade, with a focus on using the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients. You will have the chance to work under an Executive Chef, who has won multiple awards and has worked under some of the best chefs in the world, is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Salary & Benefits: Salary package up to £26,000 Live in accommodation available from £400 per month 4 weeks holiday Extensive number of benefits, including life assurance and several complementary nights stay. Employee incentives Pension Scheme The Individual: This role would suit a skilful and extremely passionate Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie that has expert knowledge of the culinary industry. As well as working with a highly commended Executive Chef, you will also work alongside an incredibly talented team of senior chefs. This gives you the amazing opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. If you have a passion for creating extraordinary dishes and a keen eye on detail, this could be the job for you. Responsibilities: Working within a close-knit team, overseeing and supporting junior and apprentice chefs in your section. Reporting to the senior chefs and as the Chef de Partie, supporting the rest of your team will be a vital part of your day to day. You will be responsible for your own section and when needed helping your peers with their sections.
