A Chef de Partie position is available at a high quality, food led pub in Kent Role: A great opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the team of seven chefs working in the kitchen of a village pub that has a good reputation for dining.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the ‘a la carte’ menu as well as the classic pub menu creating all dishes from scratch onsite using high quality, fresh ingredients plenty of which are sourced locally to the property.As this is a popular venue it is important that you are able to control, organise and run a busy section in the kitchen to the high standards put in place by the Head Chef. Requirements: The role needs an experienced Chef de Partie who can step into the kitchen and run their section to the expected standards within a short period of time.The ability to remain calm when preparing and cooking for large numbers in a busy kitchen is essential for this role.
