HR Advisor | Permanent | £31,000 - £35,000pa An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a new HR Advisor to start immediately in a growing company in West Sussex. Your new role… Responsible for a broad variety of HR generalist responsibilities Involvement in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes Supporting HR business partner with various complexity ER cases (incl. minute taking) and supporting cyclical activities (e.g. engagement surveys and performance reviews etc) Keep up to date with HR management and payroll systems Maintenance of HR data and employee records Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders This is a great opportunity to join a well-established HR team and really add to the HR function.
