Accounts Payable Assistant - SW London - Immediate Start Job Type: Temp Sector: Finance Location: London Salary: £130.00 per day - £150.00 per day Umbrella I'm working with a lovely Property Investment and Property Management company based in South-West London, who are looking for looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing team. This role will initially be a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent thereafter. About the Role Logging incoming invoices and processing supplier invoices weekly Posting manual journals to Purchase Ledger Daily bank reconciliations in accordance with RICS Client Money Regulations Monthly bank reconciliations Dealing with tenants' queries Producing service charge demands Providing admin support/ad hoc tasks when required for the wider finance team Daily dealing with suppliers regarding invoice enquiries Reconcile supplier account statements Storing and collating documentation relating to invoices and KYC for suppliers and clients Resolving any problems in a timely manner About You Worked in a similar role, within property Property management software experience essential - ideally Qube PM Previous real estate/property experience is a plus, but not essential Proficient in Excel Decisive whilst able to work at a fast pace Able to work on own initiative If you have previous experience an Accounts Payable Assistant, or have equivalent experience, and are looking for your next move, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
