Overview

SIG Plc is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to establish and maintain efficient relationships with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis. What does the role involve? As Sales Administrator you will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to all customers entering the branch. You will be responsible for the smooth running of orders and deliveries on a daily basis. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD’s, stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers. A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests from customers. This will include logging and following up on sales. To be a successful Sales Administrator you will be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team. To apply, candidates should have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills. Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and English.
